There are seven Agricultural Research Stations alongwith eight Sub-stations and two Colleges of Agriculture at Jobner and Bikaner, where field trials are conducted as per the local requirements and problems of farmers.  These research stations in the seven agro-climatic zones out of ten zones representing the entire state are discussed further in website. Each Agricultural Research Station has specific mandate including lead crops and thematic areas alongwith some verification functions. Besides, the University has three seed production farms catering the breeder seed and allied programmes that contribute toward supporting seed production and distribution to the common farmers.
